1. About Us
Oliver's Originals is a small-batch food importer based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We source premium olive oil and pasta directly from family producers in southern Italy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Shipping
We ship within Denmark via DAO and internationally via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Danish consumer protection law. To initiate a return, contact us at oliver@olivers-food.com. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund within no less than 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note: lost packages are not eligible for a refund. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
5. Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Privacy
We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
